Audition Notice for ACT’s Summer Musical “The Music Man”
Ascension Community Theatre will hold auditions for its
upcoming summer musical, Meredith Willson's "The Music
Man." Music and dance auditions will be held on Saturday,
April 28 from 10-6 at the Historic Pasqua Theater in Gonzales,
LA on a first come, first served basis. Those auditioning are
asked to prepare a song of choice, showcasing their vocal
ability. An accompanist will be provided so please bring sheet
music. Please dress comfortably; a dance routine will be
taught at auditions as well.
Read-throughs will occur on Sunday, April 29 from 10-1, and
additional vocal and dance auditions will occur from 2-5.
Attendance on both audition days is encouraged but not
required.
Callbacks, if necessary, will be held Wednesday, May 2.
Performance dates are July 12-15 and 19-22.
